EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center is proud to provide professional and confidential counseling services for various life challenges that may affect the personal well-being of Harford County’s Fire and EMS Volunteer Firefighters and several paid departments.

Our complimentary EAP services to our County’s volunteers include counseling for work stress and work-related trauma, and alcohol and substance abuse treatment that includes both inpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment. Personal and work-related conflicts that create stress and depression are also treated.  A thorough initial assessment will result in assignment to the proper Harbor of Grace therapist, who will follow the patient throughout their progress in the program.

Additionally, our high-caliber, experienced clinical team has extensive experience working with EAP program that serve the private sector and Federal Agencies.  Assisting company and agency employees with mental health and substance abuse issues, we prepare them to re-enter the workforce and continue to monitor their personal and professional progress.

Harbor of Grace continues to admit new patients and can take calls 24/7. The health and safety of our patients and staff remains the top priority. As recommended by the CDC, Harbor of Grace has protocols and procedures put in place due to COVID-19, such as thorough pre-screening measures, a COVID-19 medical screening upon arrival, and limiting exposure to those who are not Harbor of Grace staff and patients. Medical Approval will need to be given by Harbor of Grace medical staff for admission. Due to the pandemic, all patient visitation will be suspended until further notice.
