Your days as a patient at Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center are filled with activities all designed to support your commitment to recovery.  In sharp contrast to most ‘one size fits all’ programs, our experienced clinical staff develops individualized treatment plans that blend innovative therapies with proven, evidence-based methods. We put a patient’s unique needs first as we help them heal mind, body, and spirit. At Harbor of Grace, we meet our patients where they are in recovery by providing a progression of treatment levels, including Residential, Extended Care Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient.
