Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center understands that entering treatment for alcohol or drug addiction is not solely an emotional, spiritual, or medical decision. All too often, people suffering from the disease of addiction avoid getting the help they need because they assume they cannot afford it.

We work creatively and compassionately with every patient prior to admission to design a financial approach they can afford. This commitment is reflected in our treatment costs. We are proud to be able to deliver best-in-class addiction treatment at rates often a third or half of what other residential facilities charge.

Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center can utilize the following insurance companies to assist in covering the cost of your treatment:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield and all of its affiliates
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP
  • Cigna
  • John Hopkins EHP
  • John Hopkins Community Health Plan
  • OON benefits

We will take on the role of advocate with your insurance provider. This starts with benefits verification and does not end until a prompt, accurate claim has been submitted and resolved.

Payment to Harbor of Grace can be made by check, cash, credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), and wire transfers.


Harbor of Grace continues to admit new patients and can take calls 24/7. The health and safety of our patients and staff remains the top priority. As recommended by the CDC, Harbor of Grace has protocols and procedures put in place due to COVID-19, such as thorough pre-screening measures, a COVID-19 medical screening upon arrival, and limiting exposure to those who are not Harbor of Grace staff and patients. Medical Approval will need to be given by Harbor of Grace medical staff for admission. Due to the pandemic, all patient visitation will be suspended until further notice.
