Coop graduated from Harford County Sheriffs Office Training Academy in 1998. Worked 3 years for Cecil County Sheriffs Department and spent the last 20 years at Havre de Grace Police Department, where he remains an active officer. The majority of his career has been in patrol and spent 9 years as a K-9 handler while supervising a street level drug unit. Coop is a proud graduate of our program where he has remained sober since 2017.
