Keith spent nineteen and a half years serving the citizens of Maryland as a Maryland State Trooper, where he retired at the rank of First Sergeant. During his career her served as a road trooper, criminal investigator in the Computer Crimes unit at which time he was a member of the Crimes Against Children’s Task Force and finished his career as the NCOIC of the Aviation Command Operational Control Center and the Assistant Commander of the State Police Unmanned Aircraft System Unit. Keith is a certified FAA part 107 UAS pilot and holds a CISM certification. Keith also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1983-1989.
Keith completed the Mental Health program here at the HoG. Following his completion of the program he founded the FROST (First Responders Overcoming Service Trauma) Website, started the FROST Peer Group, and is working on the development of a 12 step Mental Health format, to be utilized during peer group meetings for continued after care.
