Born in Germany and raised in Havre de Grace, MD, Larry McFarland brings over two decades of experience in public service, having dedicated 24 years to the Harford County Detention Center. In addition to his distinguished career in corrections, Larry is a passionate musician. As a member of the internationally acclaimed R&B group 4 P.M (For Positive Music), he toured the globe from 1991 to 2004, sharing the stage with artists worldwide and spreading messages of positivity through music. Larry’s commitment to service and his creative spirit makes him a valued member of the team at the National Law Enforcement and First Responder Wellness Center at Harbor of Grace.
