Butch joined the Harbor of Grace team after serving a distinguished thirty-two year career with the Baltimore County Police Department. Butch’s exemplary career included security, risk training, threat assessments, investigations and hands-on supervisory roles. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 to 1990. He was recalled for Operation Desert Shield from January to April 1991.
